Organization design

TORGO specializes in organizational design. In a process lasting just a few months, together with your management and employees, we make an analysis of your current organization. We draw up alternative organizational models. Without exception, our models will be assessed on three quality criteria: strategic impact, goal-oriented teamwork, and optimal deployment of your employees' talent. No empty words, just straightforward overviews of objectives, team assignments, and role definitions. Clearly worked out and discussed.

Strategy

TORGO helps you find the balance between your business and your operating model. We specify your strategic aspirations and lay out the options for achieving them. For each organizational model, we evaluate which objectives you can and cannot achieve. Clearly, according to the critical parameters for your strategy. This allows you to consider your KPIs logically and transparently, and to make informed choices. TORGO anchors your strategy. We roll out the overarching goals step by step into objectives at department and team levels. We are not satisfied until every team has clear and motivating objectives.

Data

TORGO optimizes the understanding of your operating model with data. Motivating people by forcing them into a straitjacket of procedures and monitoring systems? Impossible! Instead, we develop meaningful jobs that your employees feel awarded for. To do this, we use data. Data about people and processes help us and you to identify challenges, weigh options, deliver performance and avoid stress risks. We collect and clean your existing data. We optimize future data collection and processing. And we use data to build dashboards in service of your people. So they can make better decisions and work together more purposefully.

Team development

TORGO defuses tensions and promotes cooperation. People are social animals. Everyone knows that a well-run team can deliver amazing performance. Role definitions

TORGO designs jobs in which people can flourish. The place people are assigned to in an organization has an undeniable impact on the awakening of talent. A role you assign to an employee is no less than saying: "This is the place we grant you in our midst". Carefulness in defining roles is therefore extremely important. Our methodology couples that care with agility. We offer a transferable method for discussing and continuously improving roles in teams. Or to adapt roles whenever people or circumstances require it.
